Returning Items
You have the option to return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Regardless, consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Please note that returned items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- with all tags attached
Return Process
Please register your return in advance via email:
Please provide your order number when doing so.
After your request, you will receive all further information regarding the return.
Return Shipping Costs
You will bear the direct costs of the return, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made using the original payment method.
Processing may take up to 14 days.
Important Notes
- For orders with multiple items, returns can be made separately
- Unpaid shipments will not be accepted
Return Exceptions
Excluded from returns are:
- individually custom-made products
- personalized items
- print-on-demand products (e.g., via Printful)
