Returning Items
You have the option to return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Regardless of this, consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Return Requirements
Please note that returned items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- with all tags attached
Return Process
Please register your return in advance via email:
Please include your order number.
After your request, you will receive all further information regarding the return.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of the return, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued via the original payment method used.
Processing can take up to 14 days.
Important Notes
- For orders with multiple items, returns can be made separately
- Unpaid shipments will not be accepted
Exceptions to Returns
The following are excluded from returns:
- custom-made products
- clearly personalized items
