1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

The online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order is submitted.

The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by a separate order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax.

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within Germany and possibly to other countries.

The delivery time is specified in the respective offer.

Should a product not be available, we will inform you immediately.

6. Payment

The charge will be made immediately or according to the terms of the payment service provider, depending on the payment method.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damages.

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

11. Storage of Contract Text

The contract text will be stored by us.

The order data and the General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you by email.

12. Contract Language

The contract language is German.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS):

We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
