1. Organizer

The organizer of the prize draws is:

2. Participation

Participation in our prize draws is free of charge and not contingent on the purchase of a product.

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, unless otherwise specified in the respective prize draw.

Employees of NR UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Requirements

The terms and conditions of participation for the respective prize draw will be announced in the corresponding Instagram post or story.

These may include, for example:

Following the Instagram account @iam.fashionmee
Following the respective cooperation partner (influencer)
Liking the prize draw post
Tagging one or more people in the comments

Only the participation requirements specified in the respective prize draw apply.

4. Participation Period

The participation period will be stated in the respective prize draw post.

Entries submitted after the end of the participation period cannot be considered.

5. Winner Determination

The winner will be determined by random draw from all eligible participants after the prize draw has ended.

Notification will be sent via the respective Instagram account where the prize draw was published.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.

6. Prize

The respective prize will be described in the corresponding prize draw post.

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to other persons is excluded.

7. Shipping

The prize will be shipped after successful contact with the winner.

The winner is solely responsible for the accuracy of the provided shipping address.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be used exclusively for the execution and processing of the respective prize draw.

After the completion of the prize draw and shipment of the prize, the data will be deleted, provided no legal retention obligations exist.

9. Exclusion from the Prize Draw

NR UG (haftungsbeschränkt) reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in case of violations of these terms and conditions or attempts at manipulation.

This includes, in particular:

Multiple entries under different accounts
Fake or spam accounts
Automated entries
Offensive or illegal comments

10. Changes or Termination

NR UG (haftungsbeschränkt) reserves the right to adjust, change, or prematurely terminate prize draws at any time for important reasons.

11. Liability

Legal recourse is excluded.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

12. Note on Instagram

This prize draw is not associated with Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram or Meta.

The contact person and responsible party is exclusively NR UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
